「Not as “busy” as other midtown areas like Times Square which can be good/bad depending on your perspective but I appreciated less crowds. Not a typical front desk setup but all staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. Hotel provided vouchers for breakfast at establishment across the street which was ok (onsite restaurant slated to open Fall ‘25).
