Don’t be thrown off by the gritty exterior (under scaffolding). This hotel was perfectly adequate and quite comfortable. Aside from the filthy carpet in our room (hard to avoid and maintain interior flooring in an urban setting such as NYC) we had a comfortable stay in a very convenient location.

The staff at this location is wonderful, starting with the friendly and helpful guest service agents, then housekeeping, dining and maintenance staff! They were responsive and caring. It is a busy hotel, yet they were able to clear the reception area quickly and make you feel welcome.

Staffs are nice,very friendly and very helpful. The room is not very clean. I have to ask to get a new bed sheet and hair can be found in the shower room. Air conditioning is too loud. The breakfast is good. The location is good very convenient to everywhere. If the cleaning can be improved I will definitely go again.

Very nice hotel close to subway station in the heart of Manhattan. Off course the rooms are relatively small but this is typical for the area. We loved the breakfast which was included in our stay.
