"The biggest turn off to any patron is cleaniness which this room was not. Curtains dirty, coffee machine dusty, Sucks to open bathroom door & you have to walk sideways so u don't touch toilet. Needs a remodel"

"WHEN WE CHECKED IN WE WERE NOTIFIED THAT THE ELEVATOR WAS NOT WORKING. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THEY WOULD POST THAT INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE WHEN IT HAPPENS. THE LADY WHO CHECKED US IN APOLOGIZED AND SAID SHE MOVED US DOWN A FLOOR TO GET US CLOSER TO THE BOTTOM SO WE WOULD NOT HAVE MANY STAIRS TO CLIMB. THEY HAD SIGNS ALL OVER THE HOTEL, BUT AGAIN, NO NOTICE ON LINE OR VIA MESSAGES."

"Many things to like: newish hotel with modern decor, comfy bed, nice bathroom, environmentally friendly ethos. A couple misses: for a hotel that touts environmentally astute choices, the breakfast that was mostly packaged highly processed food was pretty disappointing. The much touted espresso machine was available 24/7....but out of order. The coffee in urns was fine, but nothing but fake creamer to put in it (i did eventually find some actual milk ostensibly for the cereal. "

"Eggs were cold, not heated like the sausage (same pan) Room only had decaf coffee packets. Asked room addendent, she just gave me more decaf. Went to front desk to get regular coffee."

"I have stayed here several times and my room is comfortable and clean. The manager is very friendly and super accommodating. Highly recommend if you’re in the area staying here"

"Breakfast was excellent and the staff managing the buffet was excellent. Sofa bed was horrible with super thin mattress you felt every spring on. Normal beds were good. Room was nice and clean "
