「The place was good and clean.」

「The staff was really nice, but staying here made me feel really poor. Upon driving up the half Days Inn sign and outside of the building..that was just an eyesore. There was no phone in our room. The lobby is just atrocious… due to the smell. The bedroom was very nice, but the bathrooms could use an update. 」

「The hotel was quiet, super clean, and well furnished; staff was very friendly/courteous/helpful. Also, valet parking was unusually responsive/efficient! The courtesy transportation to UF Shands Hospital was an unexpected bonus.」

「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」

「You could tell most of the staff didn't want to be there. The TV didn't work the entire time we were there and the girl who was doing the breakfast was rude and miserable; I get being a server is difficult - I worked in the service industry for 18 years - she's either burnt out or just naturally has a terrible attitude. Overall it's a shrug.」
