「住七天，但，用過的杯子沒有每次換新，浴室地板的毛髮，有次也沒清，只是換毛巾，擦洗手檯而已，其他都很好，櫃檯的接待人員服務態度很好。大廳很寬敞明亮。」

「浴缸花灑頭岀水太少，不足以淋浴。廁所出口有滲水情況嚴重。職員有發現狀況，但沒有即時按排換房服務。反而留言給我避免使用企缸。叫客人接受滲漏情況直至離開酒店。完全沒有考慮到客人需要及服務質素極差劣。需要經過投訴後才按排最後一晚才更換房間。」

「Not the most helpful of checkins which lasted all of 2 minutes - not told about breakfast times or check out. I think more pre occupied on taking the payment. Room was ok, mattresses were both hard so wasn’t the best nights sleep and we had noisy neighbours, as the walls must be thin- children arguing till near midnight wasn’t the best!!! Woke up with a sore back and a little stiff. Radiator in bedroom wasn’t working so the room felt quite cold compared to the bathroom which was lovely and...

「Very quick and friendly check in. Very large room and all expected ammenities. Although there are a few areas which are showing a need to update overall experience was excellent. Bar and staff friendly and would highly recommend the stay. 」

「Lovely hotel, only thing that let it down was the very squeaky floor boards which meant I was woke up quite a few times during the night and then at 5.30am when someone wasn’t too considerate and was banging about in the hallway. Did also have someone late at night chapping my door and running away. Let it down a bit unfortunately 」

「Friendly staff and clean, spacious room. Not easy to walk there from the rail station. However, One can get there easily through a steel bridge (which was not shown in the map) linking it to the Freeman’s Quoy Centre at the Peninsula, near the Premier Inn Durham. Good and reasonably priced dinner.」

「We went for relaxing weekend for wife with our 8 week old baby for 1st break since birth. Staff were amazing, pool was good but very busy as it was a Saturday. Enjoyed our stay. Only issue was the treatments for massages etc was fully booked but we didnt actually arrive until 4.30pm. Spa bath in room was very nice along with the shower. Rooms were clean 」

「Overall, the room is warm and comfortable although it is relatively small, sufficient for move of one person. The bathroom is large and warm. One drawback is the location is not near to Durham town Center (35 -40 minutes walking distance) and go some slopes before reach the hotel. 」
