「The manager Anna couldn’t have been nicer. She greeted us with a cup of tea and biscuits and allowed us to check-in early and was very helpful with suggestions of things to do in the city. Rooms were comfortable and quiet and included on-site free parking. Location just a short walk into the centre. Breakfast also very good with lots of options. 」

「This is an excellent, value for money budget hotel. Most facilities are at par with what you would expect from a budget hotel but most outstanding feature is its very helpful staff. Adam is a star. He went above and beyond with anything we needed help with. All other staff we interacted with - Sumit, Helen, Caroline - were all very kind and helpful. 「Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem, hilfsbereitem Personal. Unser Zimmer war sehr gross und super ausgestattet mit neu renoviertem Bad in gutem Zustand. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Hotel hat einen tollen Garten mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und einer schönen Aussicht auf die Brücke und den Fluss. Das Restaurant hat eine gute Auswahl an Speisen und wir haben sehr lecker gegessen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.」

「This was a very nice comfortable place. We had a little trouble finding it. Was easy to check in and out of. The only suggestion I would make was to put the exterior patio lights on a timer so that they turn off at night— if it’s hot and you have the window open then you have all the light from the patio. But it was very clean and comfortable.」
