「The space of the guest room is big enough and is quite clean. I like the view from the balcony of my room which I can see the canal and a nice sky view.」

「First off, the room was fantastic. Crazy spacious with little extras that put it far above most rooms in the area. The staff (specifically the front desk lady) were very helpful and went above and beyond when they didn’t have to. The air conditioner was a bit weird, but it worked well enough. 100% would stay again.」

「We booked a “River View” room for two nights. It was on the 6th Floor. The Hotel is just across the road from the “Skylon Tower”. Room was surprisingly spacious. One side of the big windows we could see the American Falls - although it was from a long distance. The other side was facing the Casino Hotel. The location is excellent! From the Hotel entrance turn left and walk down the hill 3 minutes and you are on the waterfront. A few minutes walk to see the US Falls and 5-8 minutes to the...

「首先前台服務員給我們極高樓層瀑佈景觀房間，再者每晚晚上10 時在房間也能看到煙花，真是很棒。雖然酒店房間很寬敞，但看起來已有相當歷史。房間沒有樽裝水供應，也沒有熱水壺煲水。不過可以向前台或housekeeping 取一個。我個人認為酒店早餐只是一般，選擇唔多。第二天約早9時去吃早餐，有些食物都唔refill。除非自駕或買WeGo bus card，否則去酒店交通唔方便。」

「Too many hiding fees, no fee list transparency and they don’t clearly show it to people before you book it. Parking fee, ( more expensive than public parking) deposit fee for nothing, and even clean fee after you check out. Very stupid rule and terrible service. Stupid check in and out time so DO NOT come here. 」
