「Great check in and accomodations! Unfortunately, we didn't get to experience the amenities.」

「Friendly staff, clean rooms, very good onsite restaurants」

「Don't have window can open in the room, and over all the room is quite old 」

「Fallsview not so good Except that everything is good」

「The balcony extended all the way down so anyone could be on your balcony. When breakfast was finished. It was just removed and the cream was locked up. Staff didn’t even say - does anyone want and cream for their coffee before they locked up the cream. Staff were not very friendly or welcoming. I asked for a receipt and never received one from them.」
