Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls
No hot tub, hotel had plumbing issues so moved us over to Hilton. Not as nice a view and the rooms are way too hot there with no way to cool them down. Had a horrible night.

However, the walls are quite thin—neighbors returned around 2–3 AM and were loudly talking and partying, and the entire conversation was clearly audible. Holiday Inn Niagara Falls - By The Falls by IHG
The hotel was great. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Onsite restaurant was very convenient. Only disappointing thing was the pool. Advertised as heated but it wasn’t.

DoubleTree Fallsview Resort & Spa by Hilton Niagara Falls
The Junior suite was spacious and very clean. Loved having Starbucks in the lobby. Parking is a little pricey considering it was the off season, but easily accessible.
