Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls
The hotel is located in a great area and the view was great, even from a lower floor. The beds were nice and clean, however I wish the fridge was colder. It kept drinks cool but not very cold. Overall very happy with our stay and the staff was very friendly

The hotel is under construction which we were not advised of prior to booking. Construction and banging sounds began quite early in the morning which was disruptive. We often had long wait time for elevators
