「There was an annoying beeping noise throughout the night, and I could not sleep well because of it. Although the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious, clean, and pleasant, the noise significantly affected my stay. In addition, I had to wait a long time to check in, and only one staff member was available at around 8:00 p.m. Several people cut in line, and the staff checked them in before me even though I had been waiting longer. I found it frustrating that there was insufficient staff...

「Too many hiding fees, no fee list transparency and they don’t clearly show it to people before you book it. Parking fee, ( more expensive than public parking) deposit fee for nothing, and even clean fee after you check out. Very stupid rule and terrible service. Stupid check in and out time so DO NOT come here. 」

「The toilet paper box is broken, there is no shower head in the bathroom, and the hair dryer wasn't working and can't be used. Quadruple room only provides towels for two people. 」

「Hotel needs condemned to be remodeled. Breakfast falsely advertised. Was a bag breakfast grab and go bag of crap. Shower water valve was stripped hard to turn on cold water. Staff didn't have a clue how to fix. Had to pay to park your car.」

「The location of Rainbow Motor Inn is good but rooms are not acceptable. First, the door can’t locked well. The lock seems broken. Second, TV is not working and air conditioner is noisy but even not cooler enough. Third, the room is not clean and bathroom is very dirty. Forth, the staffs are not friendly. Fifth, and the most ridiculous part is they don’t keep baggage for me because they said they are full booked, there is no room to keep it!!!!!!!! I will not stay in Rainbow Motor Inn...

「首先前台服務員給我們極高樓層瀑佈景觀房間，再者每晚晚上10 時在房間也能看到煙花，真是很棒。雖然酒店房間很寬敞，但看起來已有相當歷史。房間沒有樽裝水供應，也沒有熱水壺煲水。不過可以向前台或housekeeping 取一個。我個人認為酒店早餐只是一般，選擇唔多。第二天約早9時去吃早餐，有些食物都唔refill。除非自駕或買WeGo bus card，否則去酒店交通唔方便。」
