「Due to the emergency matter I was not able to check in the hotel but I was charged double times for the room rate. I understand the pre payment won’t be refunded if I failed check in but I don’t think they could charge me double times. I contacted them and never got anything back. 」

「The pictures that I saw online showed an IHOP attached however it's a different restaurant that's privately owned. Also it doesn't specify but this is a motel so the doors are outward facing which I didn't realize. For the price and for where it was and everything it was a fine Hotel Is comfortable to sleep at and the staff were great. But it's a mid-level hotel at best」

「A great place for families! Full of fun and laughter. We were already planning our next visit before we even left the water park! And the room was tidy and clean.」

「比较舒适」

「床鋪非常舒服。寄放行李的地方需要標示清楚，才不會浪費時間在櫃檯排隊」

「Fallsview not so good Except that everything is good」

「酒店管理系统混乱，乱扣费用，把不存在的费用强加在客人身上。」

「I will book this next time. 」

「Gorgeous 」

「Expedia did not tell us there was a tower B which was an old Best Western that is in the process of being renovated, the photo on their site is misleading. The patio door to balcony on the 1st floor did not lock and there was gum in the carpet. The staff was wonderful especially the mgr in trying to find us options. The IHop attached was very good.」

「櫃檯人員有台灣人感覺很親切」
