"Good: the room with a view was lovely and clean Bad: the pool was out of commission with no warning, and with kids on spring break looking forward to lots of pool time, it was upsetting to say the least."

"The parking was convenient as it was off season so able to utilize parking structure next door. Restaurants in the hotel were closed which was a disappointment & not told ahead of time and discovered when attempted to eat there. View from room was amazing, quiet easy access to falls and parks."

"We were here last year and decided to stay here again. This time our room and entire floor is newly renovated. Great staff, good breakfast, a lot of amenities, awesome view and close to everything. "

"When we arrived we were informed the pool was closed. House keeping only available on request. Only saw one housekeepers cart one day, but there were bags of laundry piled up everywhere. Ice only available on floors 4 6 8 etc. Machines on 4 and 6 not working. Second night tv would not work. Wont go back. "

"Our room was clean, a bit dated. Only complaint is the rooms are not very soundproof. Hotel wasn’t full, I think they should have used every second room for a rental. Breakfast was Buffett style, different choices for bread, scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes and waffle maker, muffins, cereal, yogurt, apple and orange juice , tea and coffee and fresh apples. "
