"A really great hotel. Large rooms. Comfortable bed. We'll situated close to the Avalon Theatre and Fallsview Casino. Did a nice walk in the morning to see The Falls. Would 100% stay here again."

"We booked when it was still Embassy Suites by Hilton. So when we arrived there are floors still being renovated and some hammering and drilling started at 06.30 and 7am. The breakfast included in our rate, wasn't great and the additional costs for what you got weren't amazing either, to the point we went out and bought breakfast 2 of the 3 mornings we stayed. The service at breakfast was slow and chaotic, dirty plates left on tables to be cleared, it felt like staff didn't really know what they should be doing. Breakfast is held in the STK restaurant, we ate in STK for dinner on the 1st night, the food was ok but over priced for what we got, fillet steak and lobster $143 the lobster was cold, the only side (which the manager told me was a garnish!) Were 2 very hard carrots and 1 stem broccoli. Our server Kyle was very good. Front desk, bell desk and room staff were all very good and very helpful. The onsite guest laundry is very good and the extra cost is reasonable. Pool was a good size and onsite TGIs was great."

"Overall hotel is very nice and clean. Reception personal welcomed us highly professional, check in/out was quick and easy. Room clean, bright, with everything what you need during your stay. Our room was on 11 floor and had a beautiful view on Niagara River, Skylon Tower and Clifton Hill. Housekeeping personnel cleaned room while we were out, replaced everything in the room. We have been always asked if we need anything during our stay. The only negative thing about our stay, that hotel management should be more transparent about housing long term events and guest with kids who run around hotel, swim in the pool without proper supervision. We came also with child and understanding when kids around. But pool area and hot tub wasn't in good condition, was very noisy for enjoyment. We would definitely stay here again if hotel will be in more quiet state. "

"I was disappointed in the housekeeping. They did not really clean our room… replace cups/glasses . One bed was left unmade and both were not made well or tucked in. I don’t think the sheets were changed. I also found a folded top sheet thrown inside my suitcase. The price of parking overnight is OUTRAGEOUS and too far to cart your suitcases to the Hotel. It cost me $140 for LUNCH at The Rainforest Cafe … I had a hamburger and fries, my son had a pulled pork sandwich and fries , and we each had a Pina Colada… and not the souvenir one’s! These prices are crazy expensive! We usually go to Disney World every year for a Week for about $1,000 more than I paid for 3 nights at this location. We wanted to stay in Canada, but really get screwed over with the prices of things! No wonder so many Americans travel here! It was an ok experience.. but we won’t be returning. Sadly it’s too expensive to travel in Canada!"

"The so-called continental breakfast did not include eggs, bacon, or sausages. Instead, the only options available were muffins, bread, peanut butter, jam, waffles, and yogurt. Additionally, the breakfast area was extremely small, making it impossible to sit and eat there. Guests were essentially forced to take their food back to their rooms. The rooms were generally cleaned, but certain areas were overlooked—for example, the space behind the bathroom door had not been cleaned. There was no body wash provided; only small bars of soap and several shampoo packets, which were very difficult to open. Additionally, although I booked the room for three guests, only two sets of towels were provided. I had to return to the reception desk to request an extra set."
