It's unsuitable to stay with kids.

There is a beautiful garden. We could have breakfast and enjoy the view at the same time. The hotel hosts are really nice and always smile. The breakfast is boring and not enough. The sound isolation is so bad. We could hear the sound of faucet, water dripping, clop-clop, talking, and so on. The parking lot is crowded. The kitchen is not opening for use. No water dispenser. Walking to the Niagara falls will spend about 10 minutes.

“We had such a wonderful stay! This was our first visit to Niagara Falls, and while the falls themselves were spectacular, what really made the trip special was the comfort and hospitality we found here. The room was cozy, the breakfast was delicious, and we felt so welcome from the moment we arrived. It’s clear how much care and heart goes into running this place. Thank you for making our trip memorable — we’d be happy to come back and stay again!”

This was such a relaxing and quiet place to stay. Clifton Hill and Niagara Falls can be so phrenic, which is fun. But to walk to Susan’s Villa and be away from it was so nice. Alice and Jacky were so kind. This place was so clean! Spotless! I would come back here just as a retreat to relax even if I didn’t go see the Falls. Can’t say enough how much I enjoyed my stay.

The owner keeps the property i good condition and clean. If you like to sleep with cool temperature , you may sweat because there is no the A/C unit in your room , it is the same temperature for the entire house. Suggestion for the owners, to place a fan in the room. The breakfast is ok

The hospitality was superb! Very commendation. I wasn’t able to eat breakfast due to my flight time. Alice packed food for us. Walking distance to Niagara Falls. Great option

I loved the Italian Suite, my room. The owners were very helpful. I had to leave very early on my last day, before breakfast, and Alice offered to give me a to go bag so that I would have something to eat. I didn’t expect that. It was very kind.

We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa! From the moment we saw the stunning house and its gorgeous, well-manicured garden filled with flowers, we knew we were in for a treat. Our room, the Italian suite, was spacious, spotless, and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts were thoughtfully prepared with just the right amount of food to keep us energized throughout the day. But what really made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality from our hosts, Jacky and Alice. They were incredibly accommodating, attentive, and caring, paying attention to every detail to ensure our stay was perfect. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone traveling to the area. We were amazed with the cleaning. Property is beatiful, but the cleaning, quiet and safety made it even better. Cuastomer service was great, they were very attentive and helpful. Close to everything within walking distance. Breakfast was just stunning, fresh and delicious. We are definitely coming back with the whole family. Already looking for the dates

Jacky and Alice were fantastic hosts. They welcomed us personally upon arrival, showed us our suite, and were happy to provide local information to make the most of our trip. The suite was clean, comfortable, with just a little noise from the renters above. Breakfast was delicious, varied, but fixed. Great presentation and warmth from attentive hosts. Within walking distance of main attractions, with local WeGo bus close by. Free parking a huge plus as most hotels in the area charge $50 a day. Would highly recommend and will stay again if in Niagara Falls again! Easy to get to from Buffalo, NY as well.

Jacky and Alice were incredible hosts and I felt welcomed from the instant I arrived. The room is private, large, and comfortable. I had an early morning the following day and Alice offered to make me breakfast. I'd never encountered such kindness before. I sincerely enjoyed my stay and I look forward to returning.

Staying at Susan’s Villa was the perfect choice! Alice and Jacky were incredibly welcoming and kind. The property was spotless, well-equipped, and comfortable. The room had a kettle, a small fridge, and complimentary toiletries, along with coffee, tea, and water provided as a courtesy. The breakfast they prepared was abundant and delicious. The place is very nice and quiet and the location is excellent—you can walk everywhere, and if you have the WeGo pass, the stop is just four blocks away. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in Niagara. Thank you for a great stay!

Jacky and Susan were the perfect hosts. We had a great stay at their B&B - the breakfast was different all 3 mornings we stayed and was wonderful. Very clean, close to walk to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

A really nice place with everything you need including breakfast. Yes, the breakfasts were a bit different than what we would normally have, but they were prepared with care and attention. Alice and Jackie were great hosts and so incredibly attentive. For us, the B&B was easy walking distance to everything. A great value and would stay again.
