Nice staff and pool area, room was clean. Only issue was the size of the bathroom and not sure if it gnats but few too many in the room other than that everything was great, also breakfast was good!

The hotel rooms are very dated but the room was clean. The rooms have on street patios that are accessible from the parking lot. The lobby is nice and was updated. Friendly service at front desk.

The property was dated. The rooms were very smelly ( it smelled like rotten socks. The breakfast was not bad. It was very close to the highway. We stayed at Best Western the night before. I will not be staying at them any time soon. The staff very helpful.

My family enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and nice. In the room, there was a slight difference in the floor between the bedroom and the bathroom area. It's easy to trip over. The shower was also a bit of a struggle. I don't think the shower heads have been maintained well and so the water goes everywhere. The indoor pool area was very clean and they had things for my child to play with. The hot tub was nice, but the jets weren't working. The breakfast was great. Lobby was clean and had infused water for guests to drink. All staff were very nice. Convenient location close to many restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed the free morning breakfast(scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, sausage patties, toast jams cereals juices). The rooms were well cleaned and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is showing its age a little with the outside pool needing a facelift. But I would recommend this hotel. We stayed for 4 night with another couple and enjoyed out stay. I definitely recommend the onsite restaurant (Wrigleys) The $12.99 lunch was fantastic,
