「The jetted tub switch was completely gone, outside light was hanging off the post, location was noisy. The staff took over 3 hours deciding how or if I was going to get refunded for the rest of my stay. I would not recommend this place. I’ve stayed at Super 8’s before and never had an issue so that’s why I decided to book this one」

「The room was clean and comfortable for a short stay. I stayed at Haven Inn in Hamilton last Saturday for one night during a business trip, and overall it was worth it for the price and purpose of my visit. The staff were helpful, and parking was convenient. The only downside was that the room felt a little cold. Other than that, it was a simple and practical place to stay for one night, especially for a business trip.」

「This is in a great location. Right near a go station or even the street car that runs west to east along lakeshore boulevard and queen street. Highly recommend checking out port credit to the west for a night out as well as some of the food in Lakeview as well around the hotel.」

「I was disappointed because the pictures on the website showed a nice clean updated room with a glass enclosed shower. The room I was given was old a rundown, hadn't seen a paintbrush in at least a decade, and had a basic tub in the bathroom. When I asked was told that there were no other room available. They should actually show you the room your getting or update all the rooms. Sadly the inside looks like a dump just like the outside. Next time I'll spend $20 more and go to the Best Western」

「The staff member at check-in was great; nice and friendly. It goes downhill from there. First of all, the door to the room was warped. You could only shut it properly from the inside without slamming the door. The TV didn't work. Correction: the TV worked but the cable didn't. The room is in SERIOUS need of a paint job; especially behind the chair in the room. The mattress was so awful! I swear it hasn't been changed from the 70s.
