「The office staff was great. Allowed us to check in early and leave our luggage to return later in the day. Very nice and helpful. The only thing is we couldn't get the tv to work.」

「Bait and switch! I thought this was part of the Budget Inn chain so I was expecting no frills but clean. This place had no maid service. No soap. No shampoo. Blood spatter on the bathroom ceiling. Lipstick (I hope!) on the washcloth. No bed springs - just a foam mattress on a piece of plywood and hard as a rock. Noisy AC which didn't work well. Toilet barely flushed. They didn't have the room with two beds I reserved, so they gave me an extra room at no charge, and then called me after 10 pm to...
