「Everything at this Hotel is amazing. I took my wife here for our 49th Anniversary, for a 2 night break and our Honeymoon Suite was fabulous. Great views over the hills. Room was spotless and comfortable. All staff were really helpful, but I must mention, Michael who was here there and everywhere and on hand when you needed him. 「Hotel staff were welcoming. The room was clean and decent furnishings. The room was slightly small, but otherwise comfortable. Breakfast was part of charge and was good quality. Staff were thoughtful and helpful.」

「Great location for our golf trip with easy access to motorways. Nice clean and very friendly hotel with competent staff and very good customer service along with great room, facilities like pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Excellent breakfast and great value for money. 」

「It was a good short stay, well appointed rooms, clean and housekeeping good. Comfortable bed good shower in terms of water pressure and adjustability Could benefit from not having the big lip to step out the shower. Breakfast was basic but a good thing to have included. It would be improved if you could have a few additions in request such as poached, fried or boiled eggs Although every day or scrambled eggs were great」

「A pleasant hotel on the top of the hills. The service was very good. One morning my breakfast was delayed due to a conference and I was given that on the house. The room looked a bit worn but pleasant and comfortable enough. My only criticism was the £100 damages deposit that they ask for upfront. I have never been to a hotel that asks for that.」

「We had a great time yet again at the village hotel but fortunately we stopped in 173. This room is narrative impossible to find the postage for it is absolutely crazy. If we just stopped another room we will give you a five star service rating.」

「Nice hotel」

「Great room, nice bathroom was quite new and modern, tv didnt work however. Location a little outside town but a bus stop was nearby. It wasnt too expensive for an uber into city, approximately £14. Ate in the bar one night but the food was only average. Went into bar next evening and waited 10 minutes for staff to turn up even after ringing reception. Staff were friendly. 」

「Generally good value. It was not made clear at booking that breakfast was not included. This requires improvement. I am unsure if this is Expedia or the hotel but both need to address this. The chair in my room, while comfortable was rather worn and needs repair or replacement. Good attentive and helpful staff. 」
