I can usually find a reason to complain but not with this place Super friendly and helpful staff. The Hotel was very clean in the shared areas and I couldn’t fault the Rooms. I got a larger room and the Bed was very comfortable and the shower was very good. The location is also fantastic, in the nicer area of City Centre and right on the edge so it kind of serves as a start and finish line for all of the things to visit round the city

Staying at the hotel was okay; it was clean, and the room I stayed in was comfortable. Just a few things to consider: you need to reconsider where reception is positioned, because when people are checking in, the hotel entrance gets blocked, which can be inconvenient. The impression of the hotel is that it feels choked, and please, the breakfast selection should be reconsidered not good enough for the amount paid.

Great location, with really well appointed rooms that seemed to squeeze in a lot with the only miss we could tell was a desk to work on, though this reflects the fact these rooms are less targeted towards business travellers and more those visiting the city for leisure. The room also somehow included a whole bunch of items like an ironing board, safe, minifridge, kettle and iron, all cleverly hidden in nooks and crannies throughout. A positive was the spacious en suite, too often they feel really cramped. The rainfall shower was excellent and little touches like a large heated bathroom mirror to prevent fogging were all appreciated. The AC felt a bit strong on our first night but eventually tinkering with the extensive settings did seem to allow for it to reach a comfortable temperature. While on the premium side it seemed reasonable value for the offering, so one we would keep in consideration should we need central accommodation in future.

Newly opened a couple of weeks ago, welcomed by friendly staff, room as good as Premier Inn etc. On 18th floor with view over Deansgate station. Air-conditioning worked fine just as well as it was 32C out there during the day. Bar was open until 11pm. Breakfast buffet was good, Full English available under hot lamps. All staff friendly and chatty. Welcome letter warned of snags to be worked out since they were newly opened, but all good. £61 with brekky, bargain ! 👍
