Clean room, friendly staff and what you needed for a hotel room in a city. Breakfast isn't the best, food wasn't great and the hotel room had no view at all other than another building but bar these it was a good place to stay. Parking is opposite in a busy car park and then you have to walk across a very busy road, the lifts weren't working in car park so having luggage and children made this experience far from ideal, the hotel should have a drop off point or a few reserved parking spaces.

Very clean room with excellent facilities. Hotel was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was chaotic with hardly anywhere to sit, my only complaint but the food was superb.
