「Very clean hotel I would stay again. Only thing is breakfast isn’t so great.」

「Well, we ran into a lady at the front desk which was from our home state, and she was extremely nice and extremely helpful also. The place was clean, organized, and they had great coffee for breakfast. You will definitely enjoy your stay, I suggest the single King.」

「This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.」

「Stayed there for 3 nights and it was truly very nice. The breakfast was very good for what it is and the outside bar by the pool has a very nice view of the water. The hotel room was also very nice and very clean nothing wrong at all. My only takeaway apart from everything being great is how the shower is just open instead of not being able to close it(just a preference ig).」

「The hotel was always super clean and everyone was friendly, only one issue. I booked on Expedia and had a pet when I arrived. The lady at the desk didn’t know how to do that so she just charged me me the $150 deposit. The next day the lady knocked on my door for 5 mins to collect the pet fee. I wasn’t there, my husband was in shower and the dog went crazy. She saw me coming up the elevator and said I need to collect the pet fee I said ok. Came down a few mins later she said she reversed the 150...

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「Cozy little hotel to enjoy Anna María Island. Beautiful property, nice modern rooms with all the amenities you need to spend a few days at the beach. It seats right on the beach, which is pristine. The staff go out of their way to make your stay memorable. We will come back!!」

「From what we could see, the Tropic Isle rooms were very nice. However, our room had some maintenance / construction work done the day prior, and the staff thought it was too dusty for anyone to stay, so they upgraded us to a REALLY nice room on the Sea Breeze property. The room was beautiful, very clean, with a comfortable bed and a very large flat screen TV. Best of all, our window had a panoramic view of the ocean.
