「Hilton hotels are known for their great facilities and service, and this place was no exception. But, a few things in the room weren't working right, though it seemed like the maintenance supervisor knew about the issues. Also, try to get to breakfast early; it gets super crowded and they run out of food fast. Overall, the location was very convenience.」

「Very nice large room. Bar stayed open late for those night caps, the bar also has a small Starbucks. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Palmetto area.」

「The room was clean but TINY. My family of 4 struggled in a room in the River House. You could hardly turn around in the bathroom. Breakfast was not included and was quite expensive if you wanted to purchase it.」

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「Es ist eine guteÜbernachtungsmöglichkeit, mehr aber nicht. Das Zimmer ist immer feucht. Sprich AC und Entlüftung passen nicht zusammen. Frühstück: Typisch amerikanisch. Rühreie, Kartoffeln aus der Tiefkühltruhe. Ich empueine Suit oder ein Apartment zu mieten, wenn man länger als 3 Nächte bleibt und mal wieder etwas anständiges essen möchte. Overall OK.
