「Check in process was confusing, remotes were missing in the main bedroom couldnt connect or make it work with the other remote. Air-conditioning didnt work properly for three nights after the second day they suggested a different unit because they had to confirm it wasn't working first, absolutely ridiculous. This was an experience that I will never forget a first and last never again.」

「Location was great. Beautiful area by oaklawn and Texas de Brazil . Checking in was very convoluted and not a lot of help, instructions was a series of steps with broken links and codes that failed to open doors etc. After getting inside , considering the advertised monthly rent there is twice the average, I expected a bit more inside. I expected luxury furniture ,luxury fixtures. Our unit was 317 . Bathroom was nice and bed was comfy. Otherwise, Basic plain furniture that looked heavily used....

「Thank for for Expedia! They got me out of a jam.. the DreamScapes apartment advertised was in a building that does not allow stays.. I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation.. Dreamscapes is a scam Expedia did the right thing and is legit! Thank you!」

「This condo was unclean and unkept. Floors were dusty, bathrooms had urine stains, fridge was filthy, sheets were dirty, someone else's laundry was in the washer and dryer. Pool was dirty. Management offered to clean the room the following day but did not offer cleaner place to stay for the first night. That led us to book elsewhere. They refused to refund or compensate. There is no quality control and no accountability. My advice is too stay away.」

「SCAM! DO NOT BOOK! Hotels.com is refusing to give me a refund saying they can't contact the property. I never received check in instructions, tried to call the number on file and it went straight to voicemail. I showed up to the property and gave the leasing office the number I had to see if it was associated with a tenant. It was and they said they haven't lived there since last year. Never got to stay there, had to find a last minute hotel」
