The entrance light in my hotel went out and the front desk was notified and they never fixed it. And also another guest said an inappropriate comment to me while I was on the elevator.

The rooftop bar is the focus of the Hotel. Smal lot so we had to pay for parking. Huge roach in our room. Staff very involved in anything but the customer.

Staff was incredible! They genuinely went out of their way for me. My flight was delayed, and I called to ensure my room wouldn't be canceled since I could not check-in on time. The gentleman who assisted me immediately offered, “Don’t worry, I will check in for you and leave notes.” He followed through! When I arrived the next morning (stayed two nights), I had no issues. Additionally, the next day, I needed to print something, and the front desk kindly reassured me, “Don’t worry, I’ll print it for you,” so I had no problems attending my conference. The room was very clean and quiet, and I loved it.

There is a bar on the top floor of the hotel and they use valet parking for that bar and use an outside source for the valet but they use the hotel parking lot. It took over an hour to park Friday night and we were charged for parking by the hotel. The same thing happened Saturday night but we used uber instead of using our own vehicle so we would not have to fight the valet for a parking spot.

They charge $15 a night for parking. There is limited spots to park from 5-11 because they share the lot with the rooftop bar. They had cars blocked in and had guests leave keys at

this HiltonTru was an absolute nightmare. They are charging for parking. I had to come and move my car two times during the night because there was no parking that I was charged for. Elevators basically took forever. I will not stay at this location ever again.

Clean rooms and staff were friendly. My husband and I enjoyed the roof top bar, it was very nice and we sat outside and enjoyed the late afternoon. Also enjoyed that the American Airline Center was a quick 19min walk which saved us $45 in parking.

Todo muy bien pero no entiendo porque cobran 15 dólares por noche para tener tu coche estacionado. Eso te lo dicen un día antes de hospedarte, es el primer hotel que hace eso. Del resto todo increíble.

Nice one bedroom but not for $189 a night! Rooms are small. Bed was very comfortable. Parking is wild. Plus you have to pay $15 more for parking. Something they should tell you before booking,not till after your registered. The breakfast is nasty. And not very much for a high class hotel.

Tried to check in around 5 but had to wait for a room to be cleaned then when we entered the room is was clean at first glance but taking a closer look the floors were sticky, surfaces weren’t wiped down, and crumbs on the floor. Parking is a nightmare more than half the lot is valet for a bar inside the hotel and the small part that’s for the hotel guests is packed and sometimes they have you move your car to make more room.

This has been our hotel of choice for years. We have always loved our stay here and had no problems. This will be the last time we stay at this hotel the people at the front desk were so kind and helpful, however, the night valet staff were rude and rushed us into valet only despite us paying to self park. The parking lot was incredibly unorganized with cars being valeted in the guest parking area blocking in several guests cars. Because of the rooftop bar, there were several people in the lobby and elevators who were belligerently drunk one man with ripped clothing who had appeared to be in a fight, stumbling off the elevator. And multiple people on our floor yelling and partying until 1 o’clock in the morning.

Our room was great and clean. Could have used more towels, but the front desk was happy to provide when we asked. Samantha was great when we checked in - helped us with holding our bags, checking in early, and providing amazing recommendations about places nearby to eat. The breakfast was great and FREE. also there is a rooftop bar on site. Can’t recommend this location enough.
