"The property looked nice driving up but the interior needs to be updated. My room was on the 1st floor and the hallway floors were uneven and seem well worn. The room was ok, clean but a tiny TV and the pillows were not even standard size,more like throw pillows. Luckily,I always bring my own. The phone was old and there was a DVD player in the room, so yes some updates could help. I didn't realize the restaurant was going to be closed through the end of the year, so we had to leave to get dinner. I was looking forward to having dinner and a drink after arriving. The gym was clean with a good offering of equipment and the pool and jacuzzi looked nice. There was also an area with fire pits on the 1st floor that groups were sitting around. It wasn't a bad stay, just left me wanting a little more."

"All was good just needs some updates. No hooks for wet clothes or for towels in the bathroom. Really could use a hot tub/jacuzzi in the pool area. Front desk staff was amazing very helpful"

"It was a nice place with clean rooms. However the SMELL was awful!!! Not sure what they use but it smelled like old people mixed with roses!! It was nauseating. And very over powering. The breakfast was definitely lacking. The waffles were good and the biscuit and gravy was pretty good. Everything else was sub par."

"The staff was helpful and offered to let me check the room before accepting it. The room and bathroom were very clean. I was there for one night. I didn’t get a chance to use the amenities, but the tennis courts and pool looks nice. There was also several barbecues along the river and a large fire pit. The continental breakfast was fine. There was scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, juice, and fruit. I have no complaints. I would stay again."

"Residence Inn & Suites, North Conway, NH was such a nice stay that my husband and I extended our stay. Staff was wonderful: friendly, thoughtful, helpful, professional. Breakfast to start each day was great! Our accommodation was quite comfortable. We hope to get back soon!"
