"A beautiful hotel with a coffee shop and fine dining in the building. The location is perfect for downtown Boston. The staff, doormen, valet attendants were top notch. The cleaning people were wonderful and making sure we were stocked. Loved the atmosphere in the hotel even when the weather was gloomy for a couple of days. We will definitely tell friends to check out The Dagny. We will come back soon!"

"Hotel itself is very nice. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom very much did not match the vibe of the rest of the place. Our AC was broken and was nonstop heating our room, we called down to have someone come check on it and the staff member who came up said “am I opening the window for you guys?” while he had an AirPod in, when we said there was a problem with the AC he said “ahhh yeah I don’t do that, you can open the window yourself yeah?” and then left. Great location and front desk staff."

"Room and bathroom were spotless. Great location to everything. There was a late night emergency evacuation and everything moved seamlessly (we were on the 15th floor and made it down in no time). Hotel restaurant and bar were very nice and was a great place for late night relaxing following a day of sightseeing."
