"We mentioned to Erika at registration that we were traveling to celebrate our anniversary. Within 30 minutes of getting to our room we had a delivery from room service welcoming us and congratulating us on our retirement. Every staff member we encountered was friendly with many recognizing us from a previous encounter. The location is convenient to many spots in Boston. The history and beauty of the building added to the enjoyment of the trip."

"The room was well-designed, efficient use of space with all amenities. I especially liked the fact that everything could be controlled with the Ipad. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to shops at Newbury street and with the T right next door. The lobby was well designed with ample areas for lounging, dining or just spending time with other guests. I loved the vibe. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Boston."

"Great hotel overall inconvenient location. Pros: Very close to a T station (Symphony on the Green Line), room was clean and spacious, blackout curtains on windows, free breakfast snack included, and was significantly less expensive than other hotels in the area. Cons: Free "breakfast" was paltry-- it included only pre-packaged pastries and muffins, orange juice, and coffee. That's it. The bathroom had a strange design wherein it had a sliding door that did not lock, and the light from the sink part of bathroom was very bright (just a frosted wall separating it from beds) if turned on while others in the room were sleeping. Overall, though, I would stay it again and found it to be a good value."
