「Excellent 」

「This is one of most charming hotels I’ve stayed in. Room was well appointed, super clean, quiet and bathroom was terrific—huge with nice quality sundries. The staff could not have nicer, everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The coffee service in the morning was a standout, and little extras like cookies and wine and cheese were very much appreciated. This feels more like a small boutique hotel than one affiliated with a large brand like Hyatt. We would 100% stay again next time...

「This hotel is a glimpse into the past grandure of NOLA. Service is top notch old world style. Criollo, the restaurant, is excellent, and the bars, both of them, fun with attentive staff. Everyone from the house keepers to the doorman is friendly and polite. Also the SPA has one of the best masseuses, Bridget, that I've ever had. And to top it off, the location is excellent. To truly get the NOLA experience I can't rate it high enough. 」
