「Room was clean and smelled clean. But the staff was amazing the guest relations manager left a bear birthday present in our room for our 6 year old and she was so excited to tell them thank you. Definitely will be back」

「Quaint, Olde English themed hotel, with a terrific staff and more amenities than most hotels offer. Clean, very quiet rooms.」

「Their rooms were very nice and clean and well put together in their design. However, the beds and the pillows were not so good. Our pillows were so flat. I have severe neck pain and was not able to sleep comfortably the three nights we were there. We could not get comfortable in the bed. We tossed and turned all night. It felt like we were thinking in the mattress. It was very uncomfortable.」

「It is without doubt a different experience. Unlike staring in a conventional hotel, here you have to get your coffee, water, and tea from the floor pantry. You see small meeting rooms as you walk through the hallways. 」

「My only complaint is that I had only one bottle of water in my room and there was no refill the next day」

「The front desk staff set the mood for the stay and they were wonderful especially Lois. Our room was on the 8th floor east side with view of building across the street. Room was clean and very comfortable. Convenient to restaurants, the arch, in downtown so walking distance to local attractions. 」
