"Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned everyday and they would leave 2 bottles of water everyday. It is an old hotel, I believe its 119 years something like that. We stayed in a 2 bedroom room. It had a mini bar, an iron and ironing board. Beds were very, very soft, and shaky, they felt like water beds. Restroom was small, we had a bathtub. Shower head had a lot of pressure that the water would splashed everywhere and we had to put towels on the floor as there was a lot of water. "

"The staff was wonderful. Saul was very helpful each time I needed help. His attitude was excellent. With the language barrier, he helped me directions and ordering a shared ride. Another staffer (Eve or Evelyn??; can’t remember the exact name). She helped me check in and answered all my questions with a very positive attitude. The place was clean and well equipped. "Well I thought I had a great stay, but soon after noticed my security deposit was never returned. I contacted the hotel to have it corrected but the staff erroneously claimed I had stolen 2 glasses and 2 blankets?! That absolutely did not happen. They have thus far refused to return my deposit. I don't know who to blame, but someone there is running a scam. Do not give your money to this hotel."
