"The location of Innside could not have been better. Loved that it was a standalone hotel not connected to other businesses - when you walked in, it felt warm, welcoming and immediately relaxing. The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was very clean and well-maintained minus some cracking in the paint on the window ledge. The personal touches were above expectations with a personal hand-written welcome note in our room, clean filtered drinking water available, and local art and books in the room. Everything felt curated and unique, while still comfortable. We were on the 9th floor and could hear traffic sounds, but we were in the middle of a very busy area and are from a large city so it didn’t bother us at all. The kitchenette was perfect when we wanted to chill in the room and order in food. Streaming to the tv was easy. Housekeeping staff were detailed and careful with their work. The iron, iron board, tea kettle, espresso maker and safe were really wonderful amenities in the room. I do wish the bath towels were a higher quality, but everything else was beyond perfect. Loved our stay and will definitely come back."

"The hotel is very stylish and fun in both design and attitude - although the small checkin desk is oddly located and its twisting hallways can take a bit getting used to. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the staff is very courteous and attentive. The lounge and rooftop have lots to offer and the views from the rooftop lounge are excellent; as are the drinks, food and incredible drag brunch show on Sundays. The pool however is odd; with its glass wall facing the roof patio, it feels more like an aquarium for the lounge and its far smaller than it appears in photos. The hotel is perfectly located, but be warned that the Av. Insurgentes is very busy and Very Loud. If you are on one of the first 7 or 8 floors facing that street, you may have a hard time sleeping. The rooms facing towards the opposite side of the city are much much quieter (i say this because we had to change rooms). So be warned."

"The lobby is grand and demure. It’s a more sophisticated hotel/lobby. They have a bar and a small bfast room filled with such pretty wall plants. The staff was polite and the facility was extremely clean. Had total Confidence and trust in the cleaning staff. Accidentally left valuable items in my room And came back to find the room kept and my items front and center like reminding me I had forgotten them. The hallway that led to my room was pretty narrow but loved it as we didn’t have any neighbors. Def an older hotel, small bathroom to get ready in and I have to admit the lighting did kind of suck which as a full glam girly made it really rough to ensure we looked out best. Overall good experience"

"The building and apartment were clean and updated. There is a 24/7 doorman daily who was available at the door every day! The rooms were clean and updated. The only complaint I have is the pictures give you the impression you have a balcony with a view. Each room has a beautiful balcony with plants. However, they face another building on both sides, I was thinking the view would be of the park or city streets. Not the building's fault but there is construction on the right side of the facility; noisy construction all day. So if you wanted a nap during the day it is noisy. However, the location is wonderful! The dog park across the street is amazing. The walk anywhere from the building is easy and beautiful. I will stay there again!"
