「We have stayed here before and had family stay here when visiting, staff is always friendly and welcoming. Accommodation is clean and as depicted in the photos.」

「Very thoughtful setting in the room were we stayed. Although it was a quiet day, we were informed that we're upgraded to a more expensive room. One of the owners was there receiving us and is very friendly and helpful. Little details in the room, including live flowers, snow that they love creating the best experience for guests. Also had a nice chat at the breakfast time and with the checkout. Felt like visiting a good friend.」

However, while there was a sign in the bathroom indicating that the plumbing is a bit old and to take care (fair enough), it's unclear why this would mean there wasn't a holder for toilet paper rolls, which we find something odd to be lacking at a 4 star establishment.」

「location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference. We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window. The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it. The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience. In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.」

「This is probably the worst hotel I have stayed in over the past ten years. I booked a two-bedroom apartment. On the first day of check-in, neither of the two rooms had been cleaned. Both beds had very obvious yellow stains, and one of the beds had not even been made at all. The Wi-Fi did not work. After I contacted the staff, they said it could not be fixed until the next day when the IT team was on duty. I was told to connect to a neighbor’s Wi-Fi instead, but the signal was so weak that I...
