「Staff were helpful and friendly may my stay pleasant」

「An overall fantastic experience; beautiful rooms, with good linen and mattress. I will stay here again!」

「Would highly recommend Erinvale! Lovely experience across spa, room, dinner, brunch. Only shortfall was disorganisation around transportation from hotel to the golf course.」

「Härlig trädgård och pool . Fin service och mycket trevligt värdpar . Fina fräscha rum med fin städning mm. Bra läge i Somerset West ! Vi kommer gärna tillbaka hit .」

「Great self catering unit.」

「The room was okay, the bed was dirty the floors not great either. The fridge stunk !! I booked a room, upon arrival i was informed my bed was already sold to someone else and was forced to pay an additional fee for an upgrade as that was all that was available. Was told it's that or cancel the booking even though the email stated no refunds !! I had roaches running around and felt stuff crawling on me. Never again !! R550 paid for a terrible night of little sleep and i could not even...

「Everything just great!」

「Fina rum, bra pool」

「They are not accommodating at all I booked for myself and my 11 year old and 15 year old. Conning from the USA about 5 hours away I got they don’t allow kids under 16 and I have to pay extra for them to stay there. No where does that say it on the booking form or info page. Then got told I should be luck to get a refund. Would not recommend this place at all 」

「Really awesome room, big bed, modern feel, great service. 」

「Johan e Jo-Anne sono persone speciali che gestiscono una pensione professionale e accogliente. Se cercate un'esperienza unica a Città del Capo, dovete assolutamente soggiornare qui!」

「Lovely accommodation and excellent host.」

「I was given a different product from what I paid for, downgraded from a premium room to a cold self catering cottage. And Expedia remains unresponsiveto my complaint about this.」
