"I enjoyed the convenience to the shops and road to CBD, however, my booking was mixed up , the room I got is not the one I paid for and had to complain and the second day was moved to a better room but sill was not the one I booked and paid for. I tried to explain this to the owners of the place and because was traveling with my wife and a 5 months old daughter we could not cancel the booking."

"United Airlines cancelled our flight back to the US without notice so we had to stay at the Hotel Verde. We found the hotel to be very good and all staff extremely helpful so I would recommend this hotel if you are flying from Cape Town airport. I would not recommend United Airlines which was uncommunicative and had very unhelpful staff."
