「I had a pleasant stay. The location was perfect. Very central location in Sea Point. Always felt safe. Some restaurants and convenience stores are nearby. The employees were attentive and helpful. I came to run the Sanlam Cape Town Marathon and it was walking distance to the stadium and start/finish line. I would stay there again. It’s close enough to get to meeting points for various tours.」

「The apartment was lovely, despite a few minor details. I would highly recommend it as a holiday venue, as it is right on the beach, and easily reachable by road from anywhere in the city. The amenities in the apartment are very good, clean, and well-maintained for a self-catering stay. The reception ladies were very warm and welcoming; it was like coming home. 「Bring your own wash cloths. There are mice outside running on the property so get used to that. Staff was friendly. The cleaning crew will open the door after a soft knock so be prepared. They change sheets mon, wed, friday. I would not stay here again but it may be a place for others to stay. The mall is within walking distance. That's a plus. Decent neighborhood. 」

「The unit was very clean and spacious. We were visiting for the marathon so it was great to have our own kitchen. Grocery store was only a 5 min walk away and the shuttle to the race start was only a 2 min walk. Security guards at the entrance to the hotel so safe. You do need to be street smart as soon as you exit the hotel and walking towards the train station area is more prone to cell phone theft and begging. Just be smart. We were able to walk to hop-on-hop-off bus start in 10 mins.」

「The location is great being close to some amazing food places , Bo-Kapp and our room had a view of this and table mountain. Uber Black is CT is the way to go at night. As for the place being listed as no. Smoking it didn’t hold up to that. If you like the smell of pot all day in and out this is your place to stay. Not for us.
