「We loved the proximity of the property to Camps Bay residents & beaches which were less than 5 minutes away. The staff was friendly, helpful on arrival and sparse the rest of the time. Yet, the property is fairly self sufficient so it was not a big deal. The property is in good shape, safe, clean, fresh paint … the amenities are not very important other than the garage which was super handy for our car. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Our oasis… while the other hotels along Camos Bay are on the loud main road through town, The Retreat is just enough above the road that you really only hear the ocean waves breaking on the shore or the birds in the gardens. We were so happy we picked this place instead of near the chaos. 「住了三个晚上，非常舒适。酒店服务员很热情服务态度比我之前住的喜来登好很多。 附近很安全，正门口就是警察局。是我们在南非晚上出来闲逛不用担心的地方。 这里毕竟是开普敦富人区，管理的很好。 酒店背靠十二门徒峰，右边可以看到狮子头山。酒店出口第一个交叉口上山5分钟就能到桌山。 小遗憾就是，虽然冰箱天天免费提供吃喝的但早餐得自己做哈，而且天天一样的早餐有点郁闷。」
