「My review of Hotrl Verde, Cape Town: Rooms and suites are very clean; elegant with minimalist, timeless, decor. I have stayed in 3 styles, all were equally pleasing. Sheets, bedding and towels were bright white and laundry-fresh. Spotless with no hint of any previous occupants! Breakfast buffet has many choices from a healthy fresh fruit selection and rich, creamy Greek-style yogurt (which is amazing!) Lots of cereal and pastry choices to choose from. Omelet of your choice is made...

「The property and grounds are so beautiful. The staff were very helpful. The spa is stand out some of the best therapists and treatments we have ever had.」

「This is probably the worst hotel I have stayed in over the past ten years. I booked a two-bedroom apartment. On the first day of check-in, neither of the two rooms had been cleaned. Both beds had very obvious yellow stains, and one of the beds had not even been made at all. The Wi-Fi did not work. After I contacted the staff, they said it could not be fixed until the next day when the IT team was on duty. I was told to connect to a neighbor’s Wi-Fi instead, but the signal was so weak that I...

「Basically staying in SA safety is a concern, i had a very bad experience in my last visit of SA in the other hotel. City lodge is quite good about this, the employee is good. One complaint is the view, i didn't get the mountain view this time.」

「I liked the location of this hotel, although I had hoped it would be closer to the waterfront. The view was lovely out our 4th floor balcony though! The employee at the front desk during the day (Asi, I believe) was very kind and extremely helpful. He was able to answer all our questions and even helped us make some reservations for some amazing meals. Thank you, sir! 」
