「Staff showed excellent training in customer service. Food was excellent including presentation. The bed was very comfortable as we slept way past our normal sleeping hours! The hotel is surrounded with shopping and has a variety of restaurants. Cost of everything is half of the prices in USA. We highly recommend staying at the Canopy Hilton in Longkloof!」

「Very clean, with spacious, comfortable rooms. Near the waterfront, major bus lines, and dining options. We had a large group (12) who all stayed here for 3 nights, and we had an excellent stay.」

「I have been told that my breakfast is included while check in, but, it is NOT, and also the attitude of the cashier while check out is BAD and the face is LONG. And I don't think I will staying at here next time.」

「What an incredible hotel! Stunning property, wonderful food, fabulous spa. All the staff (and subsequent service) are exemplary. Lucille, Garth & Lemoagh went above and beyond. The ladies at the restaurant (apologies I didn’t catch their names) were so cheerful. Highly recommend 」
