「We only had one bath towel in our room asked the front desk for more they didn’t have any said they would have them by our door the next morning and nothing!! Asked for 12:00 check out they said no problem and then on the morning when we called to confirm they said nope need to be out by 11!! Super noisy property all night and morning!! Would not recommend and they did nothing to compensate us!!」

「It was what I look for in a place to stay. Staff was great room was very clean and the continental was really good. It was everything I look for in a hotel. My husband and I just retired after 30 years. We worked at a State Resort Park in Ky. So we really look at how maintained and the cleanliness of the facilities. Continental breakfast was replenished. It just was a really good experience.」

「Room was clean. Asked for another pillow and was told they had none. Kinda disappointed. Breakfast was ok.. They did not check on anythung.」

「The staff were so nice! The rooms and bathroom were so clean. The building is a little older but everything was in good shape. Free WiFi use and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The price was also fair. It was 90 dollars and a 50 dollar deposit fee but you get the 50 dollars back in your account after 5 days.」

「The jacuzzi in our room was nasty, I called the front desk and asked if they could do anything about it and they said no, still trying to get a hold of them to make it right」

「I booked this hotel at the last minute. Upon arriving and entering the room, I noticed a strong, strange odor, but when I opened the bathroom, I was met with an unbearable stench; I couldn't even take a shower. I turned on the air conditioning in the bedroom to try to mask the bad smell. I won't book here again.」

「The hotel is beautiful, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice. But we were in a room with an adjoining door and you could hear everything on the other side of the door. Our neighbors stayed up talking all night. I had earplugs so I got a bit of sleep, but it was odd.」
