"It’s a shame couple of great staff members but one that messed everything. On a call to front desk to ask please stop a very loud noise at 9am of a demolition hammer I was told that from 9-5 they hired a 3rd party and that they will refunded me (8 dollars of room charges) thas unacceptable I had to go my self and ask them to stop to at least wait until 11. I expected better from this place"
