「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some...

「我对这个酒店很不满意，前台人员态度差，酒店房间连基本的水杯都没有，而且卫生也脏，最不好的是我们去外面玩一天回来房间也没有打扫」

「The property was centrally located just a short distance from Disney. It was family friendly with a basketball court, tennis court, volleyball, mini golf, and a gameroom. There were multiple pools and hot tubs, and daily activities. We had a 2 bedroom suite that accommodated 6 of us comfortably. Our 1st room had a very strong mildew smell, but the staff was very polite and changed our room without a problem. We would definitely stay here again!!!」

「I had a bery late night, i shpwed up to check in at 10:30PM and was so stressed that i wasnt going to be able to. But then i noticed a message from the staff that explained how to check in and get my room key after hours. This was such a life saving move!」
