「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some...

「Everything was great! Very comfy, good location to Old Town, lots of wildlife. 」

「Biggest issues at checkout; charged me Vallet Parking for my stay even though I didn’t even have a car. I had to return to the property (I was in the area) to get it resolved. Room was great, very comfortable beds and clean bedding. Bathroom could’ve been better cleaned, especially the tub. Outside of the checkout issue the stay was great. 」
