El wifi era rápido, el trato del personal fue variado, el muchacho muy amable, otras muchachas también, pero había una señora muy prepotente. Incluso estando en uno de los parqueos mientras bajábamos unas cosas del vehículo, ella nos comenzó a tocar la bocina de su vehículo insistentemente para que nos quitaramos. Y no era como que solo había ese parqueo, había más espacios, pero fue sumamente prepotente.

Pool doesn’t work and they don’t tell you even when checking in, they want you to go to one of there other hotels down the road to use the pool. Staff is rude and the room is very dated, door didn’t seal properly and you could see the outside around the door. Stay away from this hotel, I’m not sure how they got an 8 rating as it’s at best a 4

I stayed in room 107 and the bottom of the door has a gap so that you could see outside. The room and a musty odor no matter how much Lysol I spray. I didn’t complain to the front desk because I do have an active 6yr old and I prefer a room downstairs so that he didn’t disturb any of the guests. The fridge was crappy and barely kept anything cold so I had to continue to get ice. And ice machine was at the end of the building on the second floor which is kind of scary when you are just traveling by yourself and you are a lady. The air conditioning sounds horrible! It sounds like someone is dragging something across the ground while it is on and barely blew cold air, but it still made the room manageable. The shower had low pressure. But tub was clean and really deep so majority of the stay I took a bath. And I hate it didn’t have a laundry facility. You have to drive to another location just to wash your clothes. Now here is the positive side and the reason I gave it two stars because the staff was beyond helpful and nice. And the location was AWESOME!!! It’s close to LITERALLY EVERYTHING!! I didn’t try the breakfast and parking was very convenient as well because it was right in front of the room

The room was clean. Certain things were updated like the bathrooms and the beds were comfortable. Two things I think they can improve on are: First, we had space under our outside door and around it instead of the door fitting snuggly into the frame - light came through and I'm sure sound could and it was big enough for small critters to go through. Second, the breakfast weas out of items and those items were never restocked even though we came part way through the breakfast time. Finally, people should be aware that there are helicopters right beside the hotel taking off - we didn't hear them while sleeping but they were flying in the evening. The price point was great and so I should have expected the quality of the hotel to be what it was but was taken back by it since it's a Howard Johnson property.

There was a hidden cost of $14 per day; the personnel were not friendly. We got locked out 3 times. In one of these, we waited for 40 minutes for someone from maintanence to fix it. The breakfast area was too small and did not have breakfast at all. I don’t believe the ratings for this hotel.

No tengo quejas para esta estadía. Todo fue de agrado. Lo único es que recomendaría que fueran a desayunar de 7am-8am más tardar para que no se topen con tantas personas ya que el lugar de delsayuno es bastante pequeño y cuando se llena es algo incómodo.

Place was ok, receptionist was a bit robotic. The breakfast was ok, room was clean. Be prepared for the helicopter noise, the helipad is located next to the parking lot. Doing the day it sounds and feel like a war camp. At night the helicopters stop then comes random music from parts unknown. The price was good.

Overall clean room and comfortable bed. Gaved low ratings due to poor customer service. The guy just had a bad attitude each time we stopped by the counter; this was for checking in and buying from their mini groceries selection. He just seem like he didnt want to help us out. Definitely need a more friendlier front person to serve everyone.
