"⭐ 0-Star – Unacceptable Conditions and Terrible Customer Service We booked a room for my elderly mother through Hotels.com, and the conditions were absolutely unacceptable. There was visible mold in the room, creating serious concerns about her health and safety. What made matters worse was that a staff member openly admitted that mold is a problem throughout the hotel and that they regularly wipe down the walls to keep it from returning. He also stated that management had been informed...

Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista South

10/10 Excellent

"Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Amazing breakfast!!!"

Holiday Inn & Suites Orlando SW - Celebration Area by IHG

8/10 Good

"We stayed in this hotel a few times in the past. Price was right. It was the first time we stayed on the 8th floor facing the street and it was quit noisy with cars racing around. A first floor room was not available upon check in. Breakfast was great but as I stated in prior comments the voucher system is really not necessary. Most hotels now offer it with the room. The elevator was a bit noisy with some screeching as we went up and down. We like a cup of coffee when we return for the evening and didn't find a coffee urn in the lobby as with other hotels. But I must say house keeping kept us stocked with k-cup coffee in the room. It was still a nice stay and we will be back as we visit the parks monthly."

Nobile Hotel Parkway at Celebration Orlando

8/10 Good

"It was good and what you would expect for $58.00 a night. There was rust on areas and some pieces of the ceiling paint falling. However, the air conditioning was awesome. If all you need is a place to rest your head for the night it works. It is super close to the Disney parks."
