"Old hotel. No free breakfast options typical of other Holiday Inns. On our first night, the fire alarm went off. The staff kept saying “false alarm” and to go back into the room. In the meantime, the fire department was still making their rounds and the staff was still checking in guests for the other tower while both the audible alarms and lights in the halls kept going off. "Here’s a clear, honest review you can use: I recently stayed at Legacy Vacation Resorts Kissimmee and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The property is extremely outdated and could really use renovations. It’s also located on a very busy street, and getting in and out of the parking lot was frustrating—it often took close to 10 minutes just to leave. Inside the room, the ventilation was poor. Although the property is supposed to be non-smoking, neighboring guests were smoking marijuana the entire time, and the smell continuously came through the vents into our room. It made the stay very uncomfortable. On top of that, the bathtub didn’t drain properly, which was another inconvenience. The TVs in all rooms were very small, and the fitness center was not well maintained—both the TV and treadmill were broken during our visit. The only positive part of our stay was the pool area, which was clean and clearly well taken care of by the staff. We are not high-maintenance travelers, but this stay fell far below our expectations. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again. "

"The staff was pushy to get people to sign up to timeshare stuff. Our room was very subpar and small. The ac wouldn’t go past 72 f and our sofa bed was broken. We also had a pack and play that was broken "

"Love this property! I would recommend finding out what convention schedule is. Music was ridiculously loud and terrible for private event. The convebtion goers were drinking heavy and rude. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The pools were nice and warm, we enjoyed using the barbecues. However, a playground would be nice and the room was not very clean, especially the floors. "
