"A Wonderful Summer Stay for Our Family of Four! We spent 7 nights at the Walt Disney World Swan this summer in a room with two double beds. It served as the perfect home base for our ambitious plans to visit all four theme parks and both water parks! From the moment we arrived, the lovely lobby aroma and crisp air conditioning immediately made us feel relaxed. On our first night, we had a wonderful dinner at Kimonos, which we highly recommend. Easy Transit: Park access was effortless via the hotel’s buses and water taxis. For water parks, a quick $10 Lyft ride did the trick. 6th Floor Perks: We loved having a microwave on our floor to easily heat up milk and oats. Property & Amenities: The resort feels upscale and lovely. While it lacks heavy Disney themes, the excellent amenities left us completely satisfied. Thoughtful Extras: Complimentary water bottles kept us hydrated in the Florida heat, and we loved the fun duck boat ride! We experienced a few minor inconveniences, but they were so small they didn't detract from our great vacation. We would absolutely consider staying at the Swan again for future Disney World trips! Excellent Staff: Every team member was warm, friendly, and helpful with our requests. Convenient Deliveries: Having food and groceries delivered directly to the lobby was a massive lifesaver."

"everything was good except the fridge was a bit stinky and the rug was terribly matted felt horrible and intolerable if you would walk barefoot on it like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever. also the $10 parking fee was inconvenient and unexpected, i’ve stayed at many other hotels in the area with better service and no parking charge. it felt like it was a grand deal hotel but very basic low cost room. but the beds were clean at least."
