「Hacienda Dorotea is the perfect city getaway destination if you want to be a little away from the city (but not too far out from Puerto Natales only 7-8 minutes) and be with nature. In our stay we had a wonderful view of the mountain and the window is like a panoramic painting of the vista outside with the mountain being the backdrop. The room is spectacularly arranged, some even affecting the light and shadows when the lights are off and the amenities are plentiful, from its own restaurant...

「SHEUEN staff was very accommodating to our needs and requests. They were so great and took care of us. Extremely friendly people. Great free breakfast and nice and clean rooms. If I could give them an 6/5 stars I would. 」

「It is not a luxry hotel, but it is clean and warm, with all you need. It is 600 meters to bus terminal.The owner is very nice, if the owner did not knocked on my door, I would missed my bus as my phone still show summer time (an hr behind.).」

「Great spot to stay near Torres del Paine. Service was excellent and very accommodating to our schedule. Room was cleaned daily. Showers had hot water. Dinner was excellent and breakfast was good. Would highly recommend.」

Restaurant food was excellent, both for breakfast and dinner. A short but scenic walk to downtown Puerto Natales along the water. Highly recommended! 」
