6am breakfast for those hiking O or W circuit. Holding your luggage during your hike. Call taxi for you in the early morning to the bus station to Torres del Paine.

Friendly hotel minutes from the centre.
Friendly, family run enterprise. Lzte check in handled well. Eating recommendations well offered. They even sorted out my Chilean Sim card!

The staff was great, the elevator was not working, the room was clean and comfortable. I was a little concerned about the door lock not being very secure. WiFi worked fine. Breakfast buffet was okay, staff made scrambled eggs for us. The location was good, couple blocks from water and couple blocks from dining.

Overall the place was good but the amenities are few. In room coffee is not available. E we’re in between seasons so the in room temperature was warm. The window did open so there was minimal control over the room temp.

A sort of weird layout with having to walk through the restaurant to get to the pool, but it has everything you need. It’s sort of far from town but we had a car so that was not a problem. Staff was very friendly.
