「Everything was perfect and actually more than what we expected. We had been in the area had booked a room at a hotel but then we heard about West End Flats, we checked it out and we were very impressed. On the other hand, we had booked a hotel online and not really satisfied with it. We are, ordinary people, but we still like a room that is clean and does not have a horrible smell.It's just we had booked it in already checked in. It was too late to get reimbursement. It was worth the one time...

「Everything was perfect, beautiful and clean room, easy parking (and free despite what Expedia tried to charge). Lee at the front desk was an unexpected delight and made our visit so comfortable. The breakfast had tons of options, we have 4 small kids and even our picky eaters were very happy.」
