"Clean room, nice view of the nyc skyline, friendly staff. However, the outside and elevators need a little cleaning. Lacking the curb appeal. "

"The bed and shower were amazing. Super quiet. Some items were dirty such as the remotes, hairdryer and tables but all else was great. Would stay here again. Parking was difficult and tight but Ly staff made it work. "

The lack of professionalism continued at checkout; when I returned my keys, I wasn't acknowledged at all—no 'goodbye' or 'thank you.' The staff seemed more interested in their phones than the guests. Better customer service is definitely needed.""
